Co-Owner & Stylist
Together, Lucas & Nate, founded LUX HAIR from a shared vision: to create a modern, elevated salon where exceptional work and genuine hospitality exist side by side. Together, they have created a space that reflects both of their strengths—a salon where clients feel comfortable and cared for, and where independent stylists are respected, supported, and empowered to grow their own businesses.
Lucas brings 18 years of experience behind the chair to LUX HAIR. Throughout his career, he has built a loyal clientele through consistency, creativity, and a genuine commitment to the people who sit in his chair—many of whom have trusted him with their hair for more than a decade. His experience has shaped both the technical expertise he brings to his work and his belief that the best salon relationships are built on trust, honesty, and truly listening to each client.
Specializing in customized color, dimensional color, haircutting, and extensions, Lucas approaches every service with an eye for balance, detail, and wearability. He is experienced in four different extension methods, allowing him to tailor each installation to the client’s hair, lifestyle, and desired result. Over the years, he has worked extensively with professional brands and color lines including Aveda, Goldwell, R+Co, and Redken, continually expanding his knowledge while refining an approach that is distinctly his own.
Nate brings nearly 20 years of experience in the salon industry to LUX HAIR, with a background that has touched nearly every side of the business. His career began in salon reception and grew to include salon management, stylist assisting, and, for the past nine years, working behind the chair. That well-rounded experience has given him a unique understanding of not only the creative and technical side of hair, but also the client experience and the business behind building a successful salon.
As a stylist, Nate is known for his meticulous eye for detail and specializes in extensions, customized color, blonding, and dimensional transformations. He believes great hair should feel just as good as it looks, with an emphasis on maintaining healthy hair while creating results that feel polished, modern, and personalized to each client.
Nate and his husband, Lucas, founded LUX HAIR in 2024 after years of talking about their shared dream of owning and operating a salon together. What began with the two of them has grown into a vision for something much bigger: a modern, elevated salon where talented independent stylists can build their careers while clients enjoy an upscale experience that still feels comfortable, welcoming, and approachable.
GRACIE
STYLIST
Gracie brings a love for creativity and personal connection to her work at LUX HAIR. For her, the most rewarding part of being a stylist is helping someone leave her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and comfortable being themselves. She sees each appointment as an opportunity to create a look her client loves while building a relationship that goes beyond their hair.
Inspired by new styles, color trends, and techniques, Gracie is committed to continuing her education and growing her craft. Whether she’s creating a major transformation or giving a familiar style a fresh update, she enjoys the blend of creativity and care that makes each appointment unique.
Outside the salon, Gracie’s life centers around family and the people she loves. She treasures everyday moments together, with her French bulldog, French Fry, adding plenty of personality and playful chaos along the way.

STYLIST
Hailey has been behind the chair since 2022, with a particular passion for working with fine and thinning hair. She understands the role hair can play in a person’s confidence and takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to helping clients achieve results that complement their natural hair, individual needs, and lifestyle.
Specializing in customized haircuts that enhance fullness and volume, dimensional color, and extensions that add length and density, Hailey places a strong emphasis on maintaining the health and integrity of the natural hair and scalp. As a certified Invisible Beaded Extensions stylist, she approaches each installation with careful attention to detail, creating natural-looking results while prioritizing the long-term health of her clients’ hair.
For Hailey, the relationships she builds behind the chair are just as important as the services she provides. She values creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for, believing that a great salon experience goes beyond the finished result. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.
